Unlocking Innovation: A Recap of iSteer Global Connect 2023

iSteerians had an eventful Thanksgiving weekend this year at our annual offsite technical conclave – iSteer Connect 2023. The event brought together iSteer’s brilliant minds and industry experts under one roof providing employees a platform to delve into the GenAI, present use cases, and foster collaboration.

This update aims to capture the essence of the conference, highlighting key takeaways and showcasing the innovative spirit that defines iSteer Technologies.

 

Over three days we facilitated cross-domain and cross-functional knowledge sharing among our different Business Units (BUs)-Digital Integration, Data & Analytics, ThingSteer, and Enterprise Automation—along with our product wing, AppSteer.

This event provided an opportunity for our teams to present an overview of ongoing projects, share their learnings and accomplishments over the past year, and provide a glimpse at their roadmap for the next year.

The exciting agenda of iSteer Global Connect 2023 included:

Technical Sessions by Employees

iSteer Global Connect offered an array of technical tracks and workshops catering to diverse expertise. Participants had the opportunity to deep-dive into specific areas such as Generative AI. Hands-on workshops allowed attendees to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Keynote Sessions

The heart of the conference lay in the insightful keynote sessions delivered by iSteer’s distinguished guest speakers. We were honored to host  Mr. Satya Vaddi, Growth advisor and Transformation Leader and Ms. Indhuja Raghavan, Head Of Employee Assistance Program, CecureUs.

Awards Ceremony

We also celebrated the exceptional achievements of our employees in different categories. Congratulations to all the winners.

This year, each BU presentation incorporated how they could integrate GenAI into their respective domains, making iSteer Connect a visionary organization-wide event. The team presentations, quizzes, AppPhilli’AI competition, awards night and fun employee wellness activities gave iSteerians the chance to showcase their technical expertise across various domains in an invigorating offsite environment.
